If you lost your health insurance this year or couldn’t afford the care you needed, you’re not alone. Too many of us are forced to delay care, ration medication, or take on debt just to stay alive. In Black and brown communities, this crisis runs even deeper — years of disinvestment mean some families haven't had a regular check-up in years.

At the same time, the programs that help people afford care — including Medicaid, Medicare, and the Affordable Care Act — are under constant attack. Politicians continue proposing cuts that would leave millions without coverage while protecting the profits of insurance and pharmaceutical companies.

As a voter, you have the power to decide what kind of healthcare system you live under — one people can afford, or one that leaves working-class families behind. Sign the pledge.
